Return and Refun Policy
Damages / Incorrect Delivery
If you receive any damaged or incorrect tiles, please notify us within 2 working days of delivery. We require an image of the damaged items taken while they are still on the pallet to assist with the claims process. We will do our best to provide replacements or issue a refund, where applicable, as quickly as possible.
Leftovers
Due to our commitment to offering competitive prices and rapid stock turnover, we are unable to accept returns for leftover products or items that are not part of a complete order cancellation.
Change of Choice
You have the right to cancel your full order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Once you notify us of your decision to cancel, you have 14 days from the notification date to return the items to us. All returned goods must be sent in their original packaging to our main distribution warehouse. Any opened boxes must be resealed before being returned. Customers are responsible for arranging transport and insurance for the return of goods. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after we receive the returned items. Before returning the items, please provide a photo to ensure the products are in resalable condition.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is with the courier, you will receive a dispatch email. At this stage, the order cannot be amended. Therefore, please ensure all details such as delivery dates, addresses, and items are accurate prior to dispatch. Be mindful that tiles can be heavy, and appropriate precautions should be taken when handling.
If an order is cancelled after dispatch or delivery is refused, a flat rate charge of £40 per pallet will be applied for the return of the items to us.
Special Orders
Items that have been specially ordered for your specific needs cannot be returned for a refund.
