Sample Ordering

Cancellation and Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the delivery date. To cancel, notify us in writing via email or post. The cancellation period is deemed met if you send the cancellation notice within 14 days.

Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. You will bear the cost of returning the goods unless the goods are faulty or mis-described. If returned within the allowed period, we will reimburse you for the cost of the products, including the initial delivery charge, using the same payment method. Please ensure that products are returned within 14 days from notifying us of the cancellation.

Faulty Goods

If you believe that the goods are faulty or mis-described, contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return of the goods and provide a full refund, including reasonable return costs if applicable.
