Emporia Tiles & Bathroom — Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Emporia Tiles & Bathroom. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy details carefully regarding showroom and online orders.

1. Return Period

  • You have 12 to 14 days from the date of delivery or in-store collection to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

  • Any return requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted due to manufacturing shade/batch rotations.

2. Condition of Eligible Items

To qualify for a return, your items must meet the following criteria:

  • Full Boxes Only: For tile returns, we only accept full, unopened boxes in their original packaging. We cannot accept left-over single tiles or opened boxes due to potential damage and batch inconsistencies.

  • Resalable Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, clean, and in perfect resalable condition.

  • Adhesives & Grouts: For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on chemicals, grouts, or adhesives that have been opened or exposed to temperature changes.

3. Exclusions

  • Special Orders: Custom-ordered bathroom furniture, custom-fabricated items, or tiles ordered specially outside of our standard stock are non-returnable unless faulty.

  • Sale/Clearance Items: Items sold from our clearance or end-of-line sections are sold as-seen and are non-refundable.

4. How to Return Your Items

  • In-Store Returns: You can return your products directly to our showroom at UNIT D Potters Lane, Wednesbury, WS10 7LH. Please bring your original invoice or proof of purchase.

  • Fragile Handling: Tiles and bathroom ceramics are highly fragile. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure items are transported safely back to the showroom. Damaged goods returned to us will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Refunds

  • Once your items are received and inspected by our team to confirm they are undamaged and match our active stock batches, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 3 to 7 working days for banks to process the funds.
